Your Complete User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk678" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at pk678.biz and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operators and management team of pk678.
• "You," "User," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by pk678.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by You upon completing the pk678 registration process.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used for all deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on the pk678 platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer table, card game, or sports betting market made available on pk678.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive made available to Users under specific conditions published by pk678.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to unlock full platform functionality, particularly withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Clause 9 of these Terms & Conditions.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on pk678, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing pk678 as an individual, not on behalf of a corporation or as a professional syndicate player unless separately agreed in writing with pk678.
• You have not previously had a pk678 Account suspended or permanently closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register that would prohibit your access to online gaming platforms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and with your own funds — not on behalf of a third party.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

pk678 does not accept registrations from Users in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pk678 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on pk678 only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single User — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds contained therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You must complete the pk678 KYC verification process before withdrawal functionality is unlocked. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of address dated within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (where required by pk678's compliance team).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk678 Account credentials, including your login email or username and password. pk678 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify pk678 promptly if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. pk678 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your pk678 Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure above.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer where available.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.

pk678 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online, UBL Direct, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and IBFT bank transfers. pk678 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of pk678.

All funds deposited into your pk678 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name and has been verified under your pk678 KYC profile. Deposits originating from third-party payment accounts — accounts registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

pk678 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification before processing any deposit transaction that triggers our AML monitoring systems. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your pk678 Account balance.

Withdrawal requests from verified pk678 Accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed by pk678:

• Your Account KYC verification is fully approved.
• All active bonus wagering requirements have been met (see Clause 7).
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.
• Your Account is in good standing with no active fraud investigations or compliance holds.

pk678 does not charge standard withdrawal fees. Processing times may be affected by your payment provider's own clearance schedules. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts are typically credited fastest, often within minutes of pk678 processing approval.

pk678 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms published alongside the respective promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pk678 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 25x to 40x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless pk678 expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days).
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• pk678 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if fraud, misuse, or technical error is suspected.

All games on pk678 — including slot titles, live dealer games, card games, and sports betting markets — are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer processes overseen by licensed operators. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded in pk678's server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record for the purposes of settling any dispute. pk678's technical records are maintained as the authoritative source of truth for all game outcomes.

pk678 reserves the right to void any game round or betting market where a technical error, software fault, or human error has produced an incorrect outcome. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the User's account balance without deduction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk678 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one pk678 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using pk678 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any pk678 Game or interface.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the pk678 platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening pk678 staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or systematically extracting data from pk678 systems.

pk678 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all adult players. The platform provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools that Users are strongly encouraged to utilise, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to pk678 are actioned within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, your pk678 Account will be closed to all gaming activity for the duration of the exclusion period selected. pk678 will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure self-excluded Users do not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period.

pk678 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and uses commercially reasonable age-verification measures at registration and KYC stages to prevent underage access to the platform.

All content on the pk678 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, branding elements, and the overall design and structure of the platform — is the proprietary intellectual property of pk678 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pk678 for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any pk678 content without prior written permission from pk678's management.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk678's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their pk678 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk678 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Loss of data, game history, or Account information resulting from circumstances beyond pk678's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by Users to wager funds in any Game offered on pk678.
• Third-party payment provider delays or errors affecting deposit or withdrawal processing times.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits pk678's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

pk678 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the registered address on file or via prominent notice on the pk678 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of pk678 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using pk678 and may request withdrawal of your available Account balance prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk678 holds its operating licence. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through pk678's internal dispute resolution process.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users are required to submit a written complaint to pk678 via the support email address published on this website. pk678 commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days. pk678 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly at the internal level before any escalation is required.
